Information of Indian Government Authorized Centers for Swine Flu Cure & common Dos and Don’ts about H1N1 Swine Flu

Like any other flu, Swine Flu too spreads through normal human interaction. Only by awareness we can cure it. Please take care of yourself and your family and actively reach for medical help in recognized government hospitals in case you find any of these symptoms in unusual manner–
Don’t worry, it can be an ordinary flu, but let doctors decide that.

Common Symptoms are—

1. Cough
2. Nausea
3. Headache & Body Ache
4. Sore Throat
5. Fatigue
6. Chills
7. Diarrhea
8. Vomiting
9. Fever

Here are a few Dos and Don`ts to help keep Swine Flu away from you.
(Remember, Prevention is the only solution, there are no vaccines for this pandemic outbreak as of now)

Dos

1. Have you N95 mask always ready with you and use it wherever you find more rush to avoid infection.
2. Cover the nose and mouth with cloth/tissue when coughing or sneezing
3. Clean your hands after coughing or sneezing
4. Wash hands with soap and water
5. Avoid touching surfaces that are likely to have been touched by others (e.g. Door Handles, Stair railings etc.)
6. Get enough sleep (8hrs every night)
7. Drink lots of water (8-10 glasses per day)
8. Eat Immune-Boosting foods (fresh vegetables, fruits)
9. Avoid Alcohol as it lowers immunity
10. Keep Physically Active – It builds immunity
11. Avoid contact with sick people
12. If symptoms aggravate to never before levels for a normal flu
13. Keep it in perspective – don’t think you have contracted H1N1 at the first sign of flu, it could be just another flu.

Don`ts

1. Avoid handshaking, social kissing, and other social rituals that involve touching others
2. Be careful with respiratory secretions when around other people (e.g. coughing and sneezing)
3. If possible, avoid contact with individuals at risk(small children or those with underlying or chronic illnesses) until respiratory symptoms have resolved
4. Avoid exposing to others too, if you happen to be sick yourself

I have tried searching on net about authorized Government hospitals where you can get checkup for Swine Flu infection. I found a list and please contact the hospitals for final verification about treatment availability.
